Fitness classes that offer total body strength training workouts to the MAX! Programs focus on strength, conditioning, balance, and flexibility while working the core through each movement. Many individuals remain seated for most or at least part of the day, while the programs provided use your own body weight to get you off your seat and on your feet! Program suited to a variety of different fitness levels and ages.
