                10:30am-11:30am- Body Blast (TRX/P90X LIVE)

              

Monday’s- January 7- March 11

                    6:00pm-7:00pm- Body Blast (TRX)

                    7:15pm- 8:15pm- Bantam AA Broncos Private Group

 

Tuesday’s- January 8- March 12

                    6:00pm-7:00pm- Core De Force& Piyo LIVE, Burn

Alternate each week CORE DE FORCE and Burn.  Burn will focus on strength training (TRX, Weights,etc)

                    7:10pm- 8:00pm- Stretch/Flow

               

Wednesday’s- January 9- March 13

                 6:00pm-7:00pm- Turbo Kick LIVE

                 7:15pm-8:05pm- Body Blast (TRX)

                

Thursday’s- January 10- March 14

                  5:30pm-6:15pm- Hockey Groups

                  6:30pm-7:30pm- P90X LIVE/Get Ripped (Functional Training Stations)

                

Friday’s- January 11- March 15

                  5:45am-6:30am- Sunrise Sweat
