                    6:00pm-7:00pm- Body Blast (TRX)

                    7:15pm- 8:15pm- Hockey Strength & Conditioning Class

 

Tuesday’s- October 8- December 10

                    6:00pm-7:10pm- P90X LIVE/ Stretch Class (20mins)

                                

Wednesday’s –October 9- December 11

                     6:00pm-7:00pm- Turbo Kick LIVE

                     7:10pm-8:00pm- Body Blast (TRX) with some added free weights!

                

Thursday’s- October 10-December 19 ( No Class Nov 14th)

                    5:45pm-6:45pm- Functional Training

                    (TRX, TRX Rip Trainer, Free Weights, Resistance Bands,etc and some new tools too!)

                    

Friday’s- October 11- December 20 (No Class Nov 15)

                  5:45am-6:30am- Sunrise Sweat
