                    6:00pm-7:00pm- Body Blast (TRX)

                    7:15pm- 8:15pm- Hockey Group

 

Tuesday’s- January 8- March 12

                    6:00pm-7:00pm- Core De Force LIVE, Burn

Alternate each week CORE DE FORCE and Burn.  Burn will focus on strength training (TRX, Weights,etc)

                    7:10pm- 8:00pm- Stretch&Flow, PiYo LIVE

               

Wednesday’s- January 9- March 13

                 6:00pm-7:00pm- Turbo Kick LIVE

                 7:15pm-8:05pm- Body Blast (TRX)

                

Thursday’s- January 10- March 14

                  5:30pm-6:15pm- Hockey Group

                  6:30pm-7:30pm- P90X LIVE/Get Ripped (Functional Training Stations)
